You must be 18 years or older to register. By registering, you confirm that all details provided are true, accurate, and current. Creating an account on behalf of another person without consent is prohibited.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All information you submit must comply with applicable laws and should not infringe on others' rights. We reserve the right to verify or reject any profile without providing reasons.
3. Services Provided
RishtayDekho is a matchmaking facilitation platform, not a dating service. We do not guarantee marriages or matches. We only provide a platform for users to connect. Internal messaging is NOT provided on this platform. Members can connect via approved means such as profile sharing based on chosen privacy settings.
4. User Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful matrimonial purposes.
- Avoid sharing false, obscene, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Not misuse data of other members for commercial purposes or harassment.
Violation of these terms may lead to immediate termination of your account without refund.
5. Membership & Payments
Membership plans: Bride (Silver) and Groom (Gold). All fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel the service. Payment is processed through secure gateways. We do not store your card details.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We never sell your information to third parties. You control the visibility of your profile. However, we are not responsible for misuse by other users once shared.
7. Cancellation & Termination
You can cancel your account anytime from the dashboard. No hidden charges. No refunds will be provided once a payment is made. We may terminate accounts for violation of terms or illegal activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
We act only as a technology platform and are not liable for the authenticity of user profiles. We do not conduct background verification unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for any financial, emotional, or social consequences of your interactions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, text, design) is the property of RishtayDekho and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
